Everything You Need to Know About Buying and Selling TF2 Items
1. How do I buy a skin?
Browse the platform, choose your preferred TF2 skin, and proceed to checkout.
2. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are completed within 7–14 business days. If an item becomes unavailable, we may offer a similar alternative or issue a full refund.
3. Do I need a public Steam inventory?
Yes. Your Steam inventory must be visible and eligible for trading (Steam Guard enabled, no restrictions or holds).
4. What if Steam is temporarily unavailable?
Delivery may be delayed during Steam outages or maintenance. Your order will remain active and will be fulfilled once services resume.
5. Is Steam login secure?
Yes. We use Steam’s official OpenID system, which means your login credentials are never shared with us.
6. Can I change my Steam account after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been processed, contact support as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the trade process has started.
7. Do you store payment information?
No. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
8. Can I cancel or refund my order?
Yes, if the item has not yet been delivered. Contact support within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
9. How can I sell my TF2 skins?
Log in via Steam, select the skins you wish to sell, set your price, and submit them for listing on the platform. Items are usually reviewed and published within a few hours.
10. How do payouts work?
Payout procedure will proceed to the designated payout card right after a successful sale is completed. Ensure your payout details are correct. A platform commission (e.g., 10%) may apply.
11. Are all skins verified?
Yes. All items are checked to ensure they are tradable and meet platform requirements before being listed.
